What Our Visitors Say about Their Dino Adventure

We flew into Salt Lake City before heading up to Yellowstone. My son is really into dinosaurs so we stopped here on our way. He loved it! If you are in the area, you should definitely stop by. The museum has a gallery of rocks and fossils, and skeletons. Outside, they have dino statues along the walk, some of the walk is shaded. There is a playground and a sandy digging spot as well. This place is accessible for persons needed wheelchair access.
The price is very reasonable as well.

Fantastic my kids had a blast! They have so many dinosaurs to look at as well as alot of different paths to take so it doesn’t get to crowded. They also have a fun playground area that my kids loved! Although I definitely recommend bringing a little cooler or lunch box to bring some cold drinks and snacks.

Love this place!! We went during those perfect weeks in between summer and fall and the weather was perfect. It’s near the canyons and far away from busy city which is nice as well. The museum section had lots inside and outside was a big park where my kids could walk around and enjoy all the life size dinosaurs. Everything was simple and yet informational. We went on a day we knew it wouldn’t be busy and foot traffic was not crazy at all. I brought my own wagon and own snacks and had a little picnic on one of the many outdoor benches offered near the cool dinosaurs. The playground was so fun since they kids that it was hilarious dinosaurs were laying about to play with. There’s a pond area where you can feed the ducks too. Definitely recommend bringing some snacks and drinks for your party.

What a great little museum at the mouth of the canyon! The rock collection was heaven for my 8 year old. They also have a woolly rhinoceros! Why am I learning about these in my thirties?!? The outdoor sculptures are just magical, and the playground is straight from my past. If I lived in Ogden I would have my birthday party here every freaking year. Staff was also exceptionally nice and accommodating.

We had out sons birthday party in one of the indoor rooms, it was amazing, my son turned 2 and just loved everything, the museum, his birthday geode, the park and activities. Us adults had fun as well. The price was perfect too! They charge you in the end because it’s $2 per person and I didn’t not pay as much as I thought I would have. Definitely will be doing again
